Anytime I’ve had emergency issues arise I’ve always had an almost immediate call back. Chris (svc tech) has been taking care of us for a little while now and he’s been nothing short of great. He’s professional, courteous, and knows his trade very well. He demonstrates a very real concern for correctly identifying the problems and addressing them correctly. Our air conditioner failed last night and we called 4 companies to come out, last night if possible. In my message I requested to please return my call to let me know if that was possible, or if I should continue my search. The ONLY company to return my call was Northside, and they not only came out and fixed our unit late at night, but were courteous, professional and called when they were on their way to let us know when they would arrive.
