Our air conditioner failed last night and we called 4 companies to come out, last night if possible. Anytime I’ve had emergency issues arise I’ve always had an almost immediate call back. Chris (svc tech) has been taking care of us for a little while now and he’s been nothing short of great. He’s professional, courteous, and knows his trade very well. He demonstrates a very real concern for correctly identifying the problems and addressing them correctly.
