Our home central air conditioning system died in he middle of July and we needed to get a replacement. We did a full due diligence search considering all the options available. Please allow me to save you similar time by telling you not to bother and just go to Northside Air. I will tell you that these guys will not be your cheapest option in town (they will be very fair though) but come on, you are talking about buying a system that will control your home environment, every day of every year. Do you really want to be cheap about this or do you want a really good system. These guys were great if I can understate their value. When I inquired they sent Chuck out. He did a full analysis of the home and then sat down and explained all the whys and whatfors. He never pushed us to buy any extra whistles or bells, just laid out our options. When the guys came out to install, they just did an awesome job. From start to finish, their work was clear, accurate and spot on. What a pleasure to work with these guys. Five seconds after they left, you could never tell they were here working, thats how clean they were and how professional their installation was. We're Northside customers for 2 years now and I am very happy for the services they make. The only company who washes the coils every time someone comes in. And will give you an honest result whenever they find something wrong with the unit. Especially I still have an old unit from the previous company, they are trying to make that unit working good at all times. Today, Chris did my maintenance and tuned my my 2 units and I'd say he's a wonderful Aircon tech.- Ocgnail

Our air conditioner failed last night and we called 4 companies to come out, last night if possible. In my message I requested to please return my call to let me know if that was possible, or if I should continue my search. The ONLY company to return my call was Northside, and they not only came out and fixed our unit late at night, but were courteous, professional and called when they were on their way to let us know when they would arrive.
