Our air conditioner failed last night and we called 4 companies to come out, last night if possible. In my message I requested to please return my call to let me know if that was possible, or if I should continue my search. The ONLY company to return my call was Northside, and they not only came out and fixed our unit late at night, but were courteous, professional and called when they were on their way to let us know when they would arrive. Great service! We came home on the Sunday of the Independence Day weekend and our AC wasn't working. The technician was to our house within an hour and able to fix our unit. He had a great attitude even though it was a Sunday of a holiday weekend. He also helped us with a few of our filters. Thank you Northside for keeping us (and our dog) out of a hotel!- Kristy
