Great service! We came home on the Sunday of the Independence Day weekend and our AC wasn't working. The technician was to our house within an hour and able to fix our unit. He had a great attitude even though it was a Sunday of a holiday weekend. He also helped us with a few of our filters. Thank you Northside for keeping us (and our dog) out of a hotel!

Want to say thanks so much for a job well done! I’ve used Northside now for a couple years and Your service is impeccable. Anytime I’ve had emergency issues arise I’ve always had an almost immediate call back. Chris (svc tech) has been taking care of us for a little while now and he’s been nothing short of great. He’s professional, courteous, and knows his trade very well. He demonstrates a very real concern for correctly identifying the problems and addressing them correctly. As long as I live in the Denton county area, Northside will always be my HVAC service provider. I promise you won’t find a better group of folks around. Thanks again guys/gals!

“Exceeded All Expectations”

Our spring AC service call by Northside this week was the first time we have done business with them, and it exceeded all expectations. Although it was a routine maintenance visit, not an emergency, we were able to schedule the visit for the next day. The technician, Chris, called to let us know he was on his way and what his ETA would be: a few minutes ahead of schedule in this case. Chris was very professional and listened patiently to my comments about our AC systems and answered my questions. I explained to him that the company who had been doing our maintenance, the company that also had originally installed both AC systems, had been keeping the full court press on us to completely replace both systems, as they were leaking Freon from the evaporator coils and were on their last legs. They had been charging us for adding Freon for the last couple of years. At the conclusion of his visit, I asked Chris how much Freon he had to add and whether there was any more life left in our systems. He told me that neither system needed any Freon and both systems were in excellent working condition. I think this kind of integrity is all too rare. It will keep us coming back to Northside for our future AC and heating needs.

Got a courtesy call letting me know Andy was on his way. Very careful in keeping my home clean. Explained exactly what was needed to repair my HVAC unit. Worked hard to get me up and running. I felt it was a fair price for a job well done. Northside is my go to HVAC company.

It takes a lot to impress me; the customer service representative who answered the telephone/set up the service call was most pleasant and most efficient. I requested Chris to make sure our heater was in good shape for the coming winter. He has serviced both our heater and air conditioner in the past. Can not say enough good things about his professionalism, work ethic and expertise. I will continue to recommend Northside to my neighbors and friends.
