Every time I meet more of the Northside Air folks I constantly become more impressed. Bobby and Jerry (the owners) are great but now I have met Michael and Tony who are both excellent. Northside Air did all the HVAC in my new build in Flower Mound (5 units with 20 tons of air) and it has turned out great. I liked them so much I had them do all new AC, furnaces and thermostats in my old house in Carrollton (3 units with 11 tons of air). I am an engineer so it does take a bit to impress me on mechanical equipment but the folks at Northside Air do so every time. These are the folks you want working on your HVAC systems.

“To The Rescue!”

Great service! We came home on the Sunday of the Independence Day weekend and our AC wasn't working. The technician was to our house within an hour and able to fix our unit. He had a great attitude even though it was a Sunday of a holiday weekend. He also helped us with a few of our filters. Thank you Northside for keeping us (and our dog) out of a hotel!

“Quick Repsonse and Turnaraound to keep my house cool!”

Our home A/C froze up after 19 years of service, we called Northside, they responded quickly to come out to provide us with estimate for a replacement system. Matt came out and took measurements all over the house before calculating the right size system for the house. We had several other companies provide estimates over the years, and none provided a quantitative analysis. Because of Matt's thoroughness and transparency with everything he was doing we went with Northside to replace our system. Matt, also followed the job until the installation was complete which was above and beyond my expectations. He was able to communicate directly with installation lead our particular needs, giving use the confidence that the job was completed correctly. We will highly recommend Northside to our friends and neighbors for any HVAC needs.

Our air conditioner failed last night and we called 4 companies to come out, last night if possible. In my message I requested to please return my call to let me know if that was possible, or if I should continue my search. The ONLY company to return my call was Northside, and they not only came out and fixed our unit late at night, but were courteous, professional and called when they were on their way to let us know when they would arrive.
