We contracted with Northside Air to relocate 3 units at our home in Flower Mound. The 3 man crew took nearly 8 hours - so glad it was overcast for them. The finished job is so much better than the original install. We could not be happier. They did a great job cleaning up too. I don't have to worry about bits of metal or screws getting into my dogs paws. Thank You Northside. We are really pleased with the completed job. Thanks to the crew for being great while here!- Lisa

Our air conditioner failed last night and we called 4 companies to come out, last night if possible. In my message I requested to please return my call to let me know if that was possible, or if I should continue my search. The ONLY company to return my call was Northside, and they not only came out and fixed our unit late at night, but were courteous, professional and called when they were on their way to let us know when they would arrive. Every time I meet more of the Northside Air folks I constantly become more impressed. Bobby and Jerry (the owners) are great but now I have met Michael and Tony who are both excellent. Northside Air did all the HVAC in my new build in Flower Mound (5 units with 20 tons of air) and it has turned out great. I liked them so much I had them do all new AC, furnaces and thermostats in my old house in Carrollton (3 units with 11 tons of air). I am an engineer so it does take a bit to impress me on mechanical equipment but the folks at Northside Air do so every time. These are the folks you want working on your HVAC systems.- David Lewis

I highly recommend Northside Air Conditioning. Chuck Parker promptly reviewed our broken system and gave us several upgrade options. Within two days they were here to update our entire system, inside and out including the furnace. The techs, Spencer Murray and Jamar Johnson, were very professional. They were hard working despite the weather being in the high 90's. They took the time to vacuum any debris that had fallen on the floor. They also inspected every vent in the house and found one vent had a quarter size piece of insulation and promptly removed it. We were very pleased with the service provided by all employees at Northside Air Conditioning.- Laurie
