“Excellent experience with Northside Air Conditioning”

One of our AC units went down on a very hot Sunday afternoon. I called several companies that claim 24/7 response time but all were not able to schedule an appointment for 3 to 4 days. I finally found Northside Air Conditioning on line and called. A technician was at my house in about 3 hours and fixed the problem immediately. I found Northside Air Conditioning to be very professional, efficient, courteous, honest, and very fair priced. I will most definitely use Northside Air Conditioning again and will highly recommend the company to friends and neighbors.

Our home central air conditioning system died in he middle of July and we needed to get a replacement. We did a full due diligence search considering all the options available. Please allow me to save you similar time by telling you not to bother and just go to Northside Air. I will tell you that these guys will not be your cheapest option in town (they will be very fair though) but come on, you are talking about buying a system that will control your home environment, every day of every year. Do you really want to be cheap about this or do you want a really good system. These guys were great if I can understate their value. When I inquired they sent Chuck out. He did a full analysis of the home and then sat down and explained all the whys and whatfors. He never pushed us to buy any extra whistles or bells, just laid out our options. When the guys came out to install, they just did an awesome job. From start to finish, their work was clear, accurate and spot on. What a pleasure to work with these guys. Five seconds after they left, you could never tell they were here working, thats how clean they were and how professional their installation was. Great company, great people, great work, great product. These people are the real deal.

“Exceeded All Expectations”

Our spring AC service call by Northside this week was the first time we have done business with them, and it exceeded all expectations. Although it was a routine maintenance visit, not an emergency, we were able to schedule the visit for the next day. The technician, Chris, called to let us know he was on his way and what his ETA would be: a few minutes ahead of schedule in this case. Chris was very professional and listened patiently to my comments about our AC systems and answered my questions. I explained to him that the company who had been doing our maintenance, the company that also had originally installed both AC systems, had been keeping the full court press on us to completely replace both systems, as they were leaking Freon from the evaporator coils and were on their last legs. They had been charging us for adding Freon for the last couple of years. At the conclusion of his visit, I asked Chris how much Freon he had to add and whether there was any more life left in our systems. He told me that neither system needed any Freon and both systems were in excellent working condition. I think this kind of integrity is all too rare. It will keep us coming back to Northside for our future AC and heating needs.

“These are the folks you want working on your HVAC systems”

Every time I meet more of the Northside Air folks I constantly become more impressed. Bobby and Jerry (the owners) are great but now I have met Michael and Tony who are both excellent. Northside Air did all the HVAC in my new build in Flower Mound (5 units with 20 tons of air) and it has turned out great. I liked them so much I had them do all new AC, furnaces and thermostats in my old house in Carrollton (3 units with 11 tons of air). I am an engineer so it does take a bit to impress me on mechanical equipment but the folks at Northside Air do so every time. These are the folks you want working on your HVAC systems.
